Terms and Condition

The Fortress FM Group Ltd is an enterprise managed by the Managing Director, Muhammad Waheed. These terms and conditions describe the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to be followed when collaborating on the Fortress FM platform. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they outline the rights and responsibilities you need to adhere to.

These terms and conditions have been effective since June 01, 2021.

  • Fortress FM Group Ltd will provide client manpower for the requested position(s). Additional requests may be added as needed.
  • Manpower will be recruited either within the client’s company or on behalf of the client by Fortress FM. In case of any disputes or concerns, please report them to Fortress FM before taking independent action.
  • The responsibility of Fortress FM includes finding candidates according to the client’s requirements, screening, and conducting interviews.
  • Salary, insurance, or any other compensation and benefits must be provided by the client to the selected candidate.
  • The client has the right to conduct self-interviews and assess candidates before making a hiring decision.
  • The client must provide complete orientation and disclose all work responsibilities to candidates before hiring.
  • The client must not convince the candidate to hire without informing Fortress FM.
  • The client cannot change the job title or job responsibilities of the appointed candidate after hiring.
  • Both Fortress FM and the client are prohibited from harassing or discriminating against any candidate based on race, national origin, age, sex, faith, disability, marital status, or any other protected characteristic under the law.
  • In the event that an appointed candidate feels or reports any harassment, discrimination, or injustice, both the client and Fortress FM Group Ltd are responsible for investigating and resolving the matter.
  • All public holidays will be considered as standard recognized holidays for Fortress FM Group Ltd.
The terms and agreements mentioned above are in place to facilitate a productive and respectful collaboration between both parties, and each party is legally bound to adhere to them.
